We have published our new Privacy Policy, including an account-specific version which is designed precisely for subscribers who get to see it when they interact with Smartmessages.
Smartmessages acts as a data processor for our customers who are the data controllers. We do not share any data, we do not run analytics, so in a nutshell, data coming onto the Smartmessages service, stays on our system and goes to no other companies.
You might think our approach is overly controlled but we feel this is the only true way to stop data being leaked. Only time will tell.
